There was a problem when I first ordered this product. The company had some sort of shipping issue and the item wasn't in stock. I was blown away by the excellent customer service I received because of the incident. The company's CEO called me personally and ended up shipping me a more expensive cable for no cost.

*Orders lighter than 13oz. will ship First Class Mail. Shipping duration is the same as Priority Mail.
