Therefore, if you ever have a problem with one of our cables due to design, manufacturing, workmanship, or material, Tendon will replace the cable free of charge. For General Computer Products, Consumer Electronics, and Power Products:

Tendon warrants all of its computer, electronic, and power products to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on or inside product package. If during that time, you have a problem with one of our products, we will repair or replace it at our discretion free of charge. After the initial warranty period, all product warranty claims should be directed to Tendon's service department.
